Registration and packet pickup
We encourage you to register early and well before race day. This guarantees you a cheaper and smoother process. Upon arrival you can self-park in the designated visitor parking areas or be directed by a volunteer. Find your way to the start/finish information area (see map) by following the signs or asking a volunteer. There will be an information table and if you have preregistered, you will check a registration list to obtain your bib, packet of pins and a T shirt if you registered on time to obtain one. Please ensure the bib number you receive is the correct one and pin it to the front of your shirt using all 4 pins. You must display your bib in this position at all times during the race.

Start/Finish
Both racers start promptly at 8:00am with several announcements beforehand. Please take notice of all announcements. A few minutes before 8:00am you will be asked to take your place behind the start line. Please seed yourself. If you are a fast runner, locate yourself close to hte start line and slower runners and walkers please place yourself a few meters back from the start line.

The Courses
Both races start at the same time and the first section is a complete lap around the oval directly below the start area around a series of cones. Both events then head off into the woods for the first trail circuit across a varied terrain of small hills, differing vegation and trail width. Eventually you will work your way back towards the finishing area where the 3K runners will be directed towards and through the finish line where you will be placed in a finish chute and directed towards a cool down and refreshment area. The 6K runners will also come out of the trail area run towards the finish area but be diverted around a cone and sent back into the woods for a repeat loop. Upon completion of this second loop, the 6K runners will be directed through a separate 6K finish chute and onto a cool down and refreshment area.
